  • Wax or Polymer?

I get a lot of ads on Facebook for F11 Topcoat (and similar products) being applied to the exterior of RVs. Has anyone ever used any of these or similar products? What is everyone using on their RV? Recommendations to keep my RV looking new and protected? This forum has been great!

Meguiars ultimate wash and wax works well for me. Easy to use and results in a nice shine after washing.

Many automotive wax products carry warnings about not using them on vinyl decals. Thetford RV wax is one of the few that says "safe for decals". It is a bit of a PITA to apply because it leaves a white residue in any crevices, but it does a good job of removing oxidation and minor black stains as it is applied.

        Rob,

This is due to many waxes in use today that are cleaner waxes. Not good to use a cleaner wax on any decals. The Meguiars ultimate wash and wax is Ph neutral is non abrasive and is safe on decals according to Meguiars.
