I have a 2018 Momentum 328m toy hauler. I have only opened the awning twice since I have had the unit, and was stunned when the right arm collapsed within 20 seconds of the rain starting recently. Called General RV of North Canton, and was promptly informed that first it was out of warranty, and they do not make the arms for my unit anymore, and it was going to cost $ 1500 dollars to fix. The awning is a Carefree of Colorado. Apparently awnings break a lot. I have had fifth wheels for thirty years, and have never had to deal with a broken awning from a little rain. I feel like going back to the old style crank outs with the legs. Needless to say, I am disappointed.
