On my 22mle, had the 90deg assembly at this location, but failed realy fast. It's not the proper place to put it, simply. Even if this would be made of aluminium, for exemple, then it's either the door or the wall that would suffer, forces from the lever arm. I decided to remove the door part, and fill the holes with epoxy. Will relocate to the appropriate place eventualy.
