Swirl Marks--How to Remove?

I have a 2021 Imagine 23MLE XLS. The black nose cap has white swirls in it from a cleaning compound. Any advice on how to get rid of the swirls?

Your questions depend on whether the swirl marks are left over polishing compound or fine scratches in the paint/gelcoat. I would first try a relatively gently cleaner. If this does not work (and it probably won't) you will have to use an aggressive power polisher and a fine rubbing compound such as Meguiar's Oxidation Remover.
