Use the QUOTE feature when responding to a specific post. Why? Because the individual you're quoting will get a Notification (a "flag" that someone quoted them). This allows them to quickly find your post and in turn respond to you.
HOW TO
Simple--just click Quote before starting to type your response! The text between {Quote} and {/QUOTE} is the portion that will be quoted. (I substituted {} for [] or the that last sentence would literally be turned into a quote!)
