Furnace

We have a Reflection 320MKS, 2019. The furnace was working, then last night we started to hear a "banging" for the lack of a better word, coming from the furnace. After troubleshooting on line, it may appear that the second burner needs to be cleaned, possible build up of soot and debris. Seeing its a holiday no one is working. totally understand, but temps are dropping into the teens. I looked to see if there are any videos or even a sematic for directions on how to open and clean the furnace. Any suggestions on where to look? or how to access the furnace?
