Hi, my compass connect quit working and i have deleted it and reinstalled it on my iphone. My blue tooth dont show it. Any suggestions?

Maypop, this is exactly what was happening to me. LCI updated the application sometime in June to fix this issue. If it is the same as mine, this update worked. Make sure you downloaded the new version and not the one that was your cloud (either Google or iCloud). Now the scanning the label doesn't work the greatest with the new system since they updated the Compass Connect board. But entering the information (from the label) or search for the system does work. If you use search for the system, sometimes you will have to wait a bit for it so show up. If this doesn't solve your issue.... LCI was a great help to me. They are able to get your error log from you to see what the issue is.We live to serve our two Golder Retrievers

Do you have a multimeter and are you familiar with troubleshooting electronic equipment? If so there's a few things you could check. (I don't want to write it all out unless you're willing and able to do the checks.)Originally posted by Maypop View Post
