New to Grand Design. Love the Unit so far except for the One connect system. I can't link my I Phone 11 to it. Not much help in the way of trouble shooting.

Did you contact Lippert in regards to connecting your Apple phone to the system? They have lots of helpful folks and plenty of info and manuals on their site.

Just found this on the Lippert site, page 3 lists the steps to connect an Apple device. I am not sure if you have found this or not but hope it helps.
