Hello from Eugene, OR. Bought our 2020 Reflection 312BHTS in March. We have a 2011 F250 TV and plan many great vacations. We have on 6yo boy and two fur-babies full time and a 16yo that splits time with his mom and I. We went for the bigger Bunk House for the possibility of short term living if we ever decide to build a new home and still have a little separation for sanity. lol Its also great for those rainy spells during camping trips, it IS Oregon, rain happens A LOT. lol
