  • New 2930RL-R Owners

    Hello Everyone,

We just purchased our Solitude S-Class and are looking forward to taking full advantage of it. We have owned a toy hauler and a horse trailer with living quarters, but we did very little camping in them. This time around, we were looking for a livable farm house that we could also use for road trips. We have a small horse farm with a barn but no house, and a house across town. So now we can stay at our farm on weekends as mini vacations.

It has been an agonizing time trying to settle on a fifth wheel, but we hope we have made a good decision.

Nice setup! The S Class is an amazing rig--my opinion is highly biased but I think you'll love the Solitude (given you don't mind the occasional minor repairs required on RVs).

When you get a chance, please check out the Welcome Letter (I suspect you've already read it). https://gdrvowners.com/forum/main-fo...to-new-members

Please don't hesitate to contribute. New GD owners bring a fresh and welcome perspective to our conversations.

Thank you all! We bought from a local dealer who already resolved some things they found before delivery, but we know there are issues ahead. Hopefully smaller ones for a while Our first weekend was great, and we did our best to test as many things as we could.
