  • Good morning!

We purchased an Imagine 2600RB in 2019 that was totaled February this year. Since then, we've upgraded the tow vehicle and have received our ordered 315RLTS. Looking forward to our first National Rally this year. We love to hike state parks (there's nearly 100 in Texas alone!). And, we're traveling for work some now as well. I am currently working as a technical product specialist for a company that sells large CNC equipment to manufacturers. My region covers 12 states from NM to IA and MS to WY. We live in Texas.
    thanks!

Welcome, fellow 315RLTS owner! Sorry I won't be at the National this year due to family issues--would have enjoyed meeting you and looking over the changes GD has done to "my" trailer.

Forum moderators are not GD employees--we are volunteers and owners presumably just like yourself. Unless specifically mentioned otherwise, we have nothing to gain should you choose to purchase a product or engage a service we discuss on this forum.

Thanks Howard. Here's what I posted on the 315 fb page right after our first shake down trip. I'd be glad to (try to) answer any questions about the upgrades.

So, we’ve finally completed the upgrade from the 2019 Imagine 2600RB to a new 315RLTS. We chose to order one because we wanted double pane windows. Picked it up Thursday, loaded out Friday and headed to Cedar Hill SP (TX)for a weekend check ride.

Here’s the list of stuff wrong with it: NOTHING. Everything is where it’s supposed to be and it all works. Great job Grand Design!
A few upgrade surprises that I was not expecting:
      1- tankless water heater!
2- under carriage stinky slinky holder.
3- spare tire underneath instead of on the back.
4- 3 grey tanks (one for washing machine).
5- Goodyear Endurance tires (with steel stems)
      6- moride wet bolt suspension.
7- easy to see and read propane gauge.
      8. Feet on the bottom of the bottom step.
      9. Nicely dimmed blue step light.
10- significantly better inside speakers in the ceiling.
11- GE air conditioners (combined with the double pane windows, had no problem with the 100+ degree heat and high humidity).
12- actual and accurate temperature read out for both fridge and freezer. Huge 4 door residential stainless with wired in inverter. Inverter on manual switch just below the inside command center.
13- TireLink TPMS (pressure and temperature) with pre-wired repeater sending Bluetooth direct to the control app on phone.
14- control app will also control lights, slides, stabilizers and awnings from phone.
15- full HDMI stereo and DVD with Roku TV.
      thanks!
