Hi - husband Ken. Both of us retired. Traveled cross country, older trailer having problems. Fell in love with a new GD, and love being in it. Having a few problems with warranty and getting frustrated. At repair center - in MA, not getting alot of support from GD, or repair services. Can't wait to get out again. Anyone that might be able to help? we are in MA.

This forum is also a good resource for gathering technical information. The goal there is to make it easier to talk to repair personnel about what the trailer needs. If you're not going to "DIY" and are looking to gather information, we can help with that, too.
For warranty repair resolutions, Grand Design Customer Support is your best avenue. If getting your repairs done at a dealer isn't satisfactory, consider getting approval from GD for a mobile technician. You'll have to pay the "service fee" (for the repair person to come to you) but if pre-approved GD will cover the labor and parts for the repair.
With all that said keep in mind that all of us here who regularly post are just fellow owners like you.
Good luck (from a fellow 315RLTS owner)!
HowardForum moderators are not GD employees--we are volunteers and owners presumably just like yourself. Unless specifically mentioned otherwise, we have nothing to gain should you choose to purchase a product or engage a service we discuss on this forum.
