Good to learn that this is resolved. You are not the first to have a residential electrician wire a 30A outlet as 240V. This is their experience in wiring similar outlets for clothes dryers . . . they often don’t understand RVs. Glad to have you join us on this forum . . . better days ahead!
Well, I'm back.
I thought I had all of this resolved. I replaced the fuse in the back of the fridge. It looked like it was working but checked it 6 hours later and it was still warm.
Any ideas?
