I did this modification to our Winnebago Micro Minnie when we had it. It came from talking with a friend who has an Imagine 2500RL. He's a much better carpenter than I am, but this worked nicely. I watched the related youtube video several times and made mine a bit different. I still need to make a stop so it doesn't slide while towing and also when the drawer is out 90% of the way. It cost me about $250 to make. I've included a parts list for the size I made.
Parts list for drawer:
32 generic skateboard bearings
32 5/16” x 2” shoulder bolts
64 5/16” Stainless flat washers
32 Stainless 5/16” nuts
3 1” x 6” x 6' pine boards
4 1” x 4” x 4' pine boards
1 4' x 8' sheet 1/2” plywood
2 1” x 1 1/8” x 72” steel tubing
2” deck screws
wood glue
3” deck screws
