Happi-jac system - sticking

I've had my 2020 G21 Toy Hauler for about a year. The bunk system/happi-jac has worked well then all of a sudden I went to raise the bed and I hear a loud clacking and the bed is bouncing hard. Sounds like one corner is sticking and I'm afraid I'll break the chain if I keep using. I cannot see any reason for this. Nothing jammed in there and everything looks in the right position.
Any suggestions? Please help!!!!!!
