What is the wood looking paper applied over the wood (MDF) parts to simulate wood grain called?
    Where can you get it?

    Thanks

    Jim,

It's a vinyl like product. It's almost like vinyl contact paper. When I needed to do a couple of touch ups, I went to Lowes and got all the brown paint chips I could find. Then, I used the chips to match to the paper. The paint repairs I did are almost unnoticeable.

I wonder if you contact GDRV customer service could help you find some of the stuff? (574-835-9679)

      Jim,

That's a good idea as what I need to cover the paint might do a better job. Going to be on the bottom of the refrigerator replacement.

        Jim,

In the photo below, I added a second shelf above the bottom shelf. The one I added is painted, the original on the bottom is wrapped.

I believe the wood grain applied to the interior of the units is a thermo foil type overlay. They have been used in the wood working industry for years. Typically they are used to hide MDF or a lesser priced solid wood making it look like a much more expensive piece of wood.
