We are going to remain "tagging" the way we have been. If the mods see something that needs brought to GD's attention we will take care of that.
Grand Design , as well as all there vendors , are working through the re-opening of business operations and trying to get caught up. Plenty of fires and needs are taking up a lot of there time.

Appreciate the update, Brian. One can certainly suspect there are many other higher business operations challenges needing focus now (and for some time) as compared with their time to the forum. You Mods. certainly do an outstanding job and are very much appreciated by many. This said, I hope this does not morph into a trend where GDRV team members are always too busy with other higher priorities and their valued contributions to the forum become delayed and limited.

I would not think that the GD team will abandon us. They do have other places to keep track of though , facebook for one. They have given the Moderator team knowledge and information to help when we can , if we do need clarification on something they are always there for support. The Members here also do a lot to help each other. When issues arise that we feel the need to tag GDRV-Emily and or GDRV-Megan , or any other , we certainly will do that. They are just requesting that we , members and mods , try to solve the issue or have Customer Support get involved to help. If this is unsuccessful then by all means we will tag an appropriate party.
