Genaral Maintenance of the forgotten items (furnace, AC, hitches both truck and camper)
Solar would be good, but general mods to framing, cabinetry, wiring
Road emergency repairs... Roof, walls, axles, windows, doors, leveling jacks, slide, etc Basically anything that can go wrong when away fom base.
