Hi all,
I removed the factory Furrion rear camera mount to install a different brand.
The mount has never been used.
All four mounting holes of the factory mount showed signs stress cracks from over torquing.
I get it that the factory workers just run the screws in until the driver starts chattering.
But the over torquing and the rotational force of an installed camera could lead to the failure of the plastic and leaving your camera dangling.
Anybody else noticed this?
I did send GD Cust Service and email with the pictures.
Word to the wise...ya may want to check your Furrion camera mount.
Steve
