Furrion oven timer replacement

The timer on our Furrion oven failed about a year ago, and Furrion(Lippert) told me that they did not have any instructions on how to replace the timer that they provided to us as a courtesy replacement. I attempted to access the old timer by removing the cook top, but I couldn't figure out how to get there. We have been using the Microwave timer instead, but I would like to get it fixed.

Has anyone solved that problem?
