Good morning Randall. What is the make and model of the refrigerator?

Well, there is no compressor on the refer in a Reflection.

I would have to assume it is the fan over the coils in the rear.

My bad on the compressor, Dometic DM2862. After checking it out a little closer sounds Like it’s coming from the outside from the upper vent. Freezer door open much louder than refrig door.

This may be a basic question, but, is there anything loose, which may be vibrating?

That is definitely the cooling fans on the coil then.

There is one single fan that is placed a little closer to the top of the middle part of the side wall between the upper and lower vent for the refer. Two small screws hold the fan in place. This is a real bear to get to or even see , I took a couple pictures just to see what was in there. I can only guess that the fan may be loose or a leaf or something got in there to cause a buzzing sound, fan may be goin bad also. I would check to make sure all of the coils behind to top vent are not loose, careful they may be hot , and take a picture from the top down so you can see what the fan is doing.

Likely similar to mine. Here's a screenshot from a recent video on removing the baffle. This is the upper vent area (with the exterior casing removed obviously!) showing the fans you normally don't see. A foreign object is likely jammed in one of those like huntr70 referenced.
