We have never been able to use the oven in our 310GK because the burner and pilot would not stay on. The problem was lack of airflow to support the combustion.
Best Buy finally got their shipment of the improved model and sent one out to us. We got it installed and it works great. No multiple tries with long hold time to get the pilot to light. It just comes right on. Oven stays on as it should. There is definitely more hot air coming out of the rear vent.
It is so nice to have a working oven.
