Oven rack

We have a 2020 17MKE. Does the oven rack supposed to slide out? Ours is very tight and does not slide out more then an inch or so.

Not sure if the 17 uses the same oven as our 22 but if so then it does "slide" out but only to the rack stop inside the oven. Not very far at all.

We ran out of time and had to put it in storage for the winter.
But I believe our was the same.
