Satellite connection power

Unable to get power from satellite connection receptacle in front electronics to Dish Playmaker external Mobil antenna. 2021 Imagination series. Will work if I run cable thru window to Wally box. Anyone else have same problem?

First verify the continuity of the cable and that the connection is correct. Second make sure that there are no loose connectors and definantly no splitters. The 3.5 db loss will kill the signal. If this doesn't help, you may want to consider a new coax and connections. BTDT
