Transcend explore AC not working

Been having all types of issues with a new 22xplor.
now after getting it home from dealer in Springfield Missouri, the ac doesn't work
Yes, I checked the manual and did trouble shooting measures.
All ok.
The thermostat shows 90 degrees but doesn't light up when buttons are pushed and didn't get a manual on it. Can't tell if or how cover comes off to check for batteries.
Any help out there on this issue??

12V power good, battery disconnect on, 120V power good and all breakers on in the panel?

Yes to all.
guess what it was.
The thermostat was turned off somehow.
Found that out by this forum posting a link to manuals.
Couldn't find mine.
Thanks for having them on this forum.
Had to press button for 5 seconds and it lit right up.
Man I must have been tired today to not figure that one out.
