I cannot get anything to work on the power panel, my slide out, ceiling lights, exterior lights, awning, etc. When I push the button for the ceiling lights and exterior lights, The blue light underneath the button blinks. When I push the slide out button the entire panel lights blinks. The battery shows fully charged. I checked the battery and it’s good and is shows to have 13.28v. Checked the gfi and the breaker box with fuses and breakers.

Check that the battery disconnect is on and you cannot remove the key.

After that, you may need to pull all power from the unit and wait 30 seconds or so to let the controller "reset".

One other thing to check is the self resetting breaker. They have been known to go bad and cause strange issues.
