12v system doesn't work

We have a new MLE22 with two 6v batteries, and the 12 volt system doesn't work. I called the dealer and the service mgr said there's a switch in the bathroom, but I can't find it. Is there a switch or fuse for this? The 120v system works fine.

Most likely your battery disconnect switch has been accidentally turned off. I'm attaching a picture so you can see where it is in you basement storage. Rotate it to the on position and let us know if your 12V system is working correctly.

The battery switch must also be turned on to charge the battery while plugged into AC or also while towing but charging is minimal from the truck.
