Ceiling light failure, where to find parts

2.5 year, finally getting one ceiling light that is flickering. Looks like on LED node is going. Tried to rotate the lens 90 degrees to remove it, didn't work, kept fussing with it, they now screw in, took several turns.

My old unit had plug in type bulbs, pull out replace, done. Looking at this one I am thinking I may have to replace the entire housing. Of course, the one that is going bad fits in the hole really tight, I stopped tugging when the ceiling material started to rip.

So here is a picture of the bulb that is in there. Two questions:
1. Can I just replace the bulb?
2. Where can one purchase bulbs/light fixtures?

Next silly question, are the lights 300k soft white or 400k bright white? I am thining the soft white....

That looks like the standard LED light that uses mouse trap springs to hold it up in the ceiling.
Takes some prying on one side to get the spring to start releasing.

Guess it's best to get it removed 1st to verify size as they do have 3" ones as well.

These lights are available online, both Facon brand & others.
Some mention cool white or warm white.

Gene, it is the mousetrap style, also, it's bedroom lights so they are 3.5 inches. The links you sent all point to a modular unit, not just a bulb repair.

I am betting they are the softer light...

Ok, now to find the replacements....

I guess it'd take some searching to find a matching SMD (Surface Mount Device) LED that could replaced on the circuit board..
