Transcend Roof Vent Fan Motors

Both roof vent exhaust fans (kitchen and bathroom) on our 2019 Transcend 27BHS stopped working simultaneously, I checked for blown fuses and all were fine. I checked the supply voltage with a multimeter and both fans are only getting a little over 6 volts dc. I think it may be a loose ground connection, but cannot locate the common ground connection for these two fan motors. Any ideas?

The ground wire should be attached to the fan. A couple screws and you can drop the whole assembly down , screen and all that is attached inside. This should allow you access to the wiring to see what is going on. RV manufactures usually use some type of cheap crimp on connectors for there 12 volt wiring, this may be where you find your problem.
