The postive battery terminal has the juntion block enegized.Is it on the wrong terminal? Upper left.
the disconnect only cuts power to the upper and lower terminal on the far right.

There are several circuits that bypass the battery disconnect. Propane sensor, clock memory, landing gear, emergency brake apply and others. According to Grand Design, this is part of their RVIA requirements.
