We have a 2021 solitude 390rk . This morning the power just died. We replaced the bathroom GFI , checked all breakers , the post is working fine now we’re in the panel box and it’s dead . Any suggestions?

Your RV is very similar to mine.
If you are not 100% comfortable with any of the following instructions, you should have a licensed electrician or RV Tech or your dealer look at it for you.
With a significant respect for electricity and a Volt Meter (in AC volts mode) in hand, I would check:
- The small blue power LED in the cover/door of the receptacle where the power cord plugs into the external wall. Is it on?
- If you have an external (plugs in at the post) surge suppressor, remove it from the circuit and try again.
- If you have an internal/inline surge suppressor or EMS, check it next.
- Attached is a typical 50-amp panel and wiring diagram (this is the one in mine), but yours may be different. The power wire goes to a 50-amp MAIN breaker in the RV power panel. The breaker could be loose/lifted a little. There is a screw lock-down for the MAIN Breaker, so being loose is unlikely if the lock-down screw is installed. Turn the 50 amp breaker off and press the end of the breaker (closest to the switch handle) in firmly and turn the breaker back on.
- Next you would need to remove the RV distribution panel cover (4 screws at the corners) to check the wires at the 50-amp MAIN breaker for power. The door can be flexed to remove it from the panel cover. Be careful not to break it. You should see a ground bus (usually several white wires connected to it). The ground bus is shown at the bottom of the second attachment. Check each 50-amp breaker wire to any point in the ground bus for 120'ish volts.
- Next check the wires going into each breaker to ground for 120'ish volts. Note, some breakers are double breakers and have 2 separate sets of wires connected to it.
Do not stick any tool inside this panel while it is powered, as you can be killed or start a fire.
If you need to tighten/remove/unscrew wire retainers for any reason, I would unplug the power cord while doing so.
Let us know what you find.Paul & Julie Maia
