Can Winegard 360 be moved enough toward rear to accomodate installing MaxxFan Deluxe fan that requires 8 inches behind 14X14 cutout????

Welcome to our owners technical forum !
Another way at this is to go with the MaxxFan that keeps the same 14" x 14" footprint. These come with rain sense closing or can be covered.

Even if you can move it out of the way, won't the MaxxFan be too close to the Winegard? There's supposed to be 18" from any obstruction. Winegard manual is here: https://d38mfwkkxtsm2m.cloudfront.ne...ts/2452419.pdf
Can you post pictures of the current config on your roof (with measurements)?

The MAXXFan Deluxe with remote arrived yesterday. I ordered it because wife is height challenged; and had planned to install in existing opening of kitchen/dining area but MAXXFan Deluxe extends 8 inches toward rear of cutout. Someone mentioned that Winegard 360 needed 18" from obstructions, on our 22RBE it is 3" from existing vent. Thanks to all for comments.
