I have heard that if you hold a lighter or match, candle up to the window you will see 2 reflections if you have dual panes. Also if you just look at the glass from an angle you should be able to see as well.
Sending you vin # to GD or calling in with your vin # , they will tell you how the RV is equipped.

Is the double pane window option not listed on the bill of sale ?
My Reflection 5th wheel has the "arctic" package but only single pane windows , anybody that lives in snow country knows the benefit of double pane windows . Why have better insulation and cheap windows .....

As I've posted before,,,when I spoke with my factory rep he told me that dual pane windows only increase R-value by 1/10 of 1%,,,is the juice worth the squeeze. Many campers want that window format for noise reduction and condensation. Personally, I wouldn't spend the $$$ for increased R-value.Scott M. Barlag, RV Product Specialist, NW Indiana

Arctic Package is "marketing speak" by all RV manufacturers. Walls less than 1 1/2" thick with 1/8" exterior and interior paneling attached to the same aluminum studs. Whether you choose single pane or double pane glass, the aluminum window frames do not have a thermal break as is common in residential construction. Air leaks around moving slides is bound to happen. A few inches of insulation in the roof (compared to 16" or more in residential construction) The furnace in our 2300 sq ft sticks-and-bricks has only a slightly higher BTU rating than the furnace in our 300 sq ft 5th wheel. If "arctic weather" means near freezing in your travels . . . you can keep the trailer comfortable (with a lot of propane). If "arctic weather" means the -40 range, a trailer is not the place to be.
