Wiring up the 2nd Ac Unit

Installed a MAch 8 C unit in the bedroom. Connected the 4 wires to the control box and then went to install the thermostat. Now that I am completely confused, I thought I would reach out to the group.

The Unit calls for 4 thermostat wires. See Picture attached 4

The Thermostat is set up for 5 wires. See Picture attached 2.

Is this thermostat going to work with this unit?

BTW< THis a an AC unit only. No Heat strip.

I think the thermostat needs 12V connected to R and B. There's usually a 12V pair of wires you could tap into near the t-stat or AC.
