376th Furnace Ducting

While going thru different items on my momentum 376 I noticed that my furnace has 2 open 4” duct plugs? Facing rearward. Is this to heat the underbelly? Or do you think there Mia ? The rear and forward facing side have ducts connected.

While going thru different items on my momentum 376 I noticed that my furnace has 2 open 4” duct plugs? Facing rearward. Is this to heat the underbelly? Or do you think there Mia ? The rear and forward facing side have ducts connected.

I am going to guess that they are definitely MIA. There should be a dedicated over head vent for the pass thru storage heating. The plugs may have been knocked out by mistake or have fallen out and may be inside the furnace area where you might be able to find them. If you can not find them use some aluminum duct work tape and cover the holes. This will definitely add to you air flow throughout the coach.
