I was wondering if anyone here has installed the EasyStart on their Coleman 15k air conditioner, as well as what people are using for their dry camping generator needs, either with or without the EasyStart.

Thanks in advance,

I was going to install the easy starts, but found my generator (Champion Dual Fuel 3400 watt) runs it fine without. I run it exclusively on propane (robs some power), and it handles it with no issue, even at the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta last year which was a fair bit of altitude (robs some power as well). It is a bit heavy, and I considered going with the little Hondas and converting them to propane but it was more than double the cost by the time the conversion was done.
I cannot say enough good things about running it on propane, no gas to deal with, and more importantly no dirty carbs to deal with. As randomly and infrequently as I use the generator, it is great to know it will pop right off every time.
