We have 2020 Solitude 310GK-R SER#573FS3622L9905461, we are thinking about changing the main a/c to a heat pump. Question is: is this unit wired for heat pump , just change out the thermostat? Is the wiring installed at the factory/ if not can the wiring be added?
Has anyone did the exchange?

Maybe this will help. I have a heat pump/AC in my 2021 310GK and this is the back of my thermostat. You can take yours off the wall and see if you have all of the same wires. Some may not be used if you only have the A/C.

Dometic the heat pump function becomes active on the thermostat when the control board in the AC/heat pump has the heat pump switch in the on position.
EDIT - no wiring changes needed for Dometic. Thermostat sends commands through wire that has RJ11 connectors (telephone).
