GE AC unit / Heat pump function not activated

I own a 2022 Imagine XLS 21BHE. My AC unit is GE branded, Model ARC15AACBL2. This unit is supposed to have the heat pump function.This function would allow me to heat the RV up to 25 F (-4 C)
My thermostat is a GE model RARWT. I have read in the manual that on the back of the thermostat, there are DIP switches that you can enable heat pump function.
Is there a reason why Grand Design didn't activate it? Can I damage something if I do?

I believe this is my mistake as not all GE models have the function. I just found out the answer with the model number. My model starts with ARC and those with a heat pump start with ARH. Too bad the function would have been useful!
