2021 320g Momentum - Heng's Garage Fan

I have not been able to find any information about the Heng's fan system in the toy hauler garage. Either in the owner's manual or any additional documents provided when I purchased the unit in 2021. There is an identical unit in the 1/2 bathroom also in the garage. Neither unit works consistently and I have not been able to figure out the buttons since none of them seem to work as labeled.
I have even checked the Heng's website, and have not been able to figure out what model.
Any suggestion where I can find this information?
