A/C controlled by One Control

How many of you folks have your A/C(`s) controlled through the One Control system? I do not like it because i have 3 A/C`s and every time i have to cut them on or off, or adjust the thermostats it is a real pain especially when the phone app don`t work either. I wish they were still mounted individual on the wall. Don`t get me wrong once you get them all set they work great. Its just that one control system.

I agree with you completely! I have the same issue - One Control is not very responsive at all (and sometimes won't respond for hours) - there should be thermostat backups for each unit (same for the water pump switch and water heater controls - we don't have them and must rely on One Control).
