Shower leaks

First weekend in our 377mbs. Have 2 leaks issues in the shower. After the 3rd or 4th shower the shower valve started straying water on the bottom where the shower head hose connects to the valve. There is a small hole there that appears to possibly be a weep hole but we have water spraying from it. Also found a leak in the basement under the shower. The basement does not leak with pressure on the system or when directing the shower spray away from the shower door. The inside of our shower door bottom is not caulked only the outside. We think water is getting under the door and leaking into the basement. Anyone experience either of these issues or have repair suggestions.

If you could post a picture of the shower valves, this would help those who may have some good ideas, but don't have a 377 MBS.

My "guess" is that the shower faucet is cracked between the faucets and the connection to the shower head. This would be why there is no leak except when shower water is flowing and why water is coming out the small hole in the cover plate. If this is what's happening, this is probably also the source of the water you are seeing in the basement.

We have water spraying from a small hole on the black treaded connection where the hose connects. The hole is made into the valve and there appears to be nothing damaged. I have remove and hose and checked several tile but cant locate the issue..
