  • Toilet supply line popped off

  • #2
There is a short piece of tubing connecting the supply line to the back of the toilet. There is a wire clamp on the toilet side but not on the supply line side. It seems to me that this was an error at manufacture time. Our 310GK is a 2020, one year old. Does this picture look correct? Or should I add another wire clamp or other hose clamp?

This does not look correct to me. Yes i beleive that ther should be another clamp. If you have a similar wire clamp or even a hose clamp would work. Use caution as not to tighten the hose clamp too much.

This is part of the toilet (valve assy) and not an issue of toilet install. Has anyone ever worked on your toilet before? I would recommend just placing a band clamp and you should be good.
