  • What's the maximum pressure in the RV water pipes?

Bought a new Grand Design 23BHE and I'm wondering what's the maximum pressure in the RV water pipes?
I have one of these pressure regulators with the a dial and a gauge...

I have a non-adjustable pressure regulator that is 40 psi. Some i have seen run there's as high as 60 or maybe even more. 40 works good for us.

There should be something in your owner's manual on this but I believe you should not exceed 60 psi.

I have my adjustable pressure regulator set to 50 PSI.

I would stick to 40 psi unless you have replaced all the soft hose. If you have all pex I don’t see any reason you couldn’t go to 60.

I have the adjustable model also and although I believe that 50 psi probably would work safely, I’m more comfortable with a 40psi setting and that’s sufficient for dishes, showers, etc. for us.
I would agree that it’s prudent for you to check the owners manual for your specific year and model so you have the actual facts. Good luck.
