Just visited our 2020 unit to add some shelves etc. Shower leaked between door track and base cabinet. After one of the showers some water leaked under the wall into the bedroom side. When pushing down on the door track, water came out both sides of the track, indicating poor sealing under track and on inside edge of track. Outside edge of track does not have sealant. Center and rear screws were not tightened down all the way, and sealant didn’t seal all around the screws. At the end of the track the sealant didn’t go into the corners. Removed sealant around the screws & tightened down with new sealant under screw heads,etc. Let everything dry out, and applied new sealant along inside edge of track, at rear end at the end where original sealant was missed. Let dry & cure for 24 hrs. Two showers later and no leaks yet. Sorry, didn’t take any photos. Thanks to the rest of you reporting on leaking shower door tracks, so I was watching for this problem.
