Water Heater - White Stuff

Hello,
I last used the Hot Water Heater about 3 weeks ago.
There was no issues that I noticed when using, and it was drained at that time.

Today, I removed the Hot Water Heater Plug.
Very little water came out.

What did come out was a small amount of 'white stuff' (See image)
It was very small clumps (mud like) and milky liquid.
There wasn't a smell to it.
Any idea what this is?

Calcium build up , this is typical in any water heater , home or away. It is good to flush and drain the heater whenever possible.
