Battery connect is on. Maybe we're not being silly newbies after all, lol.
The tankless water heaters are new to us on the forum, so please post back once you find the solution. The power of an owner's forum is the sharing of information.
Thanks in advance!

Just had tech from extended warranty come out. After dealer did pdi ( they were still working on when we did walk through) they never reconnected negative wire on back of heater. On the 303rls there is a "dummy" door in kitchen and you can access back of heater through that from inside. So that could be another thing to check before a call to dealer. Though you shouldn't have to. And, even if you have extended warranty, you have to pay mileage fees for repairman upfront, then get reimbursed from dealer. (No charge if taken to dealer, but we were camping 3 1/2 hours minimum away)
Wow--sure hope you get 100% reimbursed for the repair.
This may seem like a dumb question, but why would the dealer disconnect a negative wire on the heater during a PDI? Any idea? (Again, I'm very ignorant on these new heaters so learning every day.)

Hi Howard. From what we can tell, the dealerships double check waterline behind the docking station outside, wall in pass through was was pulled back when we did pdi. That area behind wall also accesses the space behind water heater. I think it was just accidently pulled off when checking over by them. So, now we know where to access that area, it's where most of wires for electrical components are, either thru dummy door or passthru sidewall. Sure wish it didn't happen, but sure have more info about rv!
Has anyone put a tankless water heater into a 2019 reflection 337rls. If so which one. Was it as simple as remove old install new?
I had a Truma installed in my 2019 28BH. It was straightforward but they do not allow owner installs. We had it installed in Elhart, IN. We have had it over a year and are extremely happy.
