Does this also include the shower?
Here are some possible things to look for.
1. Debris in the water heater. It may help to remove the drain plug and flush out the heater. But be careful and ask for help if you've never done this before. The pressure can hurt you.
2. Look at the back of your water heater and trace all the lines going into and out of the water heater. Look for a kinked hose or tubing.
3. Flow restriction at the faucet itself. This would normally affect both the hot and cold. But it probably wouldn't hurt to disassemble the faucets, remove any flow restrictors and clean any nozzles.
4. Defective switch valve on your Nautilus panel. Turn off the incoming water to your nautilus panel and try rotating all the switches several times to make sure they are not binding or partially blocking the flow of water.
5. Make sure any outside faucet and shower valves are completely shut off. Sometimes they can be left on and this can cause luke warm water. It's probably not what's causing your situation, but it is still worth checking.

If I may add - before doing step 4 release any pressure that might be in the lines. Just open a faucet.
On edit - is this on city water or with your pump running, or both?2018 Reflection 150 Series 220RK 5th whee, Star White 2022 F350 King Ranch CC Long bed (HAL) (CCC 4062lbs), B&W 25K OEM Companion,. I had this problem also, turned out to be the check valve on the back of water heater. It is the black plastic valve the red water line is connected to on the back top connection of the water heater. Changed out the valve and everything is going great now.
