  • No water

2020 Solitude - hooked up to city water - no water to toliet - soon no water to kitchen sink and bathroom sink - still have water at shower although a little low - worked fine last outing - looked inside and no kinks or collapses hoses. No leaks At a loss- pressure into city water Ok.

    Which model of Solitude?

Do you use any type of filter in the system?

If you add water to the fresh tank and set the Nautilus Panel for Dry Camping, does water flow when using the pump? (It's a good practice to make sure pressure is removed from the system prior to moving the Nautilus Panel knobs and also remove the city water connection after adding water to the fresh tank.)

Also I just pulled the water line off the back and it appears to get water when pump turns on - reatatched ans still no water to flush.

Have you checked the screens and reducer disk at the faucets - might be debris in them. Also check the outside inlet screen at the hose connection.

In your 3550BH the lavatory (sink) is the last connected component, the toilet is second-to-last.

Is there any difference at the kitchen sink between the cold water flow and hot water flow? The answer to this question will isolate to a specific line or the source.

When you added water to the fresh water tank, are you sure water actually made it to the tank? (Pull the manual dump handle--if water comes gushing out you'll know for sure!)

If no water comes out of the fresh tank this points to a source issue. Most likely cause is what Yoda mentioned in his post. Behind the screen where the fresh water hose is connected to the Nautilus panel there's a one way valve. It may be sticking or the pressure from the campground pedestal may be so low it isn't pushing that valve open.

Almost sounds like you have a partially obstructed water line or a kinked line. The obstruction or kink allows water to move past and build a little pressure and expand the PEX piping. Once you open a faucet or the toilet it dumps the pressure, pex lines relax, and it appears to stop flowing.

Finally after trial and error as to where water was and wasn't ended up taking the toliet off and the down spray nozzle to the toliet bowl was completely plugged with plumbers putty. Had been used to excess behind to seal the nozzle to bowl and some had squeezed thru the seam and plugged all the down spray holes. Managed to shake and tap and q tip and blow till I think it was out. Cleaned excess and reinstalled and works great.
