Everytime that I’m done using my 31MB, I blow out the water lines at a minimum. It’s taking at least an hour to FULLY purge the system, because the Furrion Tankless Water Heater is retaining water somehow. I’m fairly certain that it’s the hot/cold mix-tank (see photo). The water gets trapped in there. I can hear the water gurgling evertime I pressurize the system… but at 30lbs, it doesn’t get ALL the water in that canister out. I usually have to pressurize the system at least six times to get all of that water out.
Is anyone else with the tankless having this problem? Are you aware of it? I wasn’t until my third time blowing it out. I’ve always blown out my lines multiple times, just to be Sure I got everything, and nothing settled. After I blew the faucets though, when I pressurize the system again, I start getting gurgle-gurgle, coming from behind my water heater. And the gurgle-gurgle won’t go away unless I pressurize the system about six times.
