Bedroom slide won’t come in

ok ask for we have a rather new owner since April ,they a 310 Solitude.the bedroom slide is in out position and won’t come in .they done a reset already and still nothing.they are on Facebook Solitude 310 owner forum. But not this one

There are two ways to bring the slide in when there is a malfunction. 1. Reset the controller for electrical override. 2. Manually move the slide back in. The preferred method is step one. If there is a serious failure, then step 2 is needed.

They got a tech to come out and got it working, not sure what the problem was.tahnks for the response

It landed up be a ground wire on the control box. Chris from Grand Design was able to help them. And they were really impressed with the service they received.
